No matter where you live – mother nature can come calling. Whether it’s hurricanes, fires, mudslides, snow, extreme cold, extreme hot. You live someplace because you love it. Please be more sympathetic. One day – you may be in a similar situation. Show some compassion. Show some humanity!!

There are risks to …
There are risks to living anywhere, whether it be from hurricanes, earthquakes, tornados, droughts, floods, blizzards, or any combination. There isn’t any truly “safe” place to live on this planet, so if you’re going to take a risk, why not live someplace you enjoy? At least with hurricanes, in this modern age, you get a few days, if not a full week, of warning. Earthquakes and tornados are not usually so kind.

back off! you obviously do not live near here. galveston has with stood many hurricanes. after evacuating rita in 2005, many died in their cars stuck on the freeways.
