I am non US citizen, I have a valid passport. My visa has expired. I want to know if I can go on a cruise to cozumel, mexico. The ship departs from Galveston, TX and end also in Galveston, Tx. Do I need a visa to come back to US.

If you have an expired visa to the United States, you have a title:
Illegal Immigrant.
You leave and you will not be allow back in without another valid visa.
But looks like you blew that, you probably will not be given one.
