I’m looking for a cheap passenger ship that isn’t a cruse ship. Anything!
Some freight ships will take on a few passengers. The accommodations are usually spartan and the trip is slow, but it’s one option. There are several companies that ship out of Galveston.

I don’t know of any passenger service between these 2 destinations, but there certainly are ships that go, but these are merchant ships.
